"Fair price, though I was a little skeptical"
My order showed up fine, so no complaints there. I’ll admit I was a bit suspicious at first because the prices seemed decent and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything I picked turned out to be good value. Not the absolute cheapest I’ve seen, but fair for what you get.

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from sugarsplash.com and the items themselves were totally fine, so it’s not like I had a problem with what I got.

It’s not even about it being super late or anything, because it wasn’t. It just felt a little slow, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I kept checking to see if it was actually moving.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from there if I needed something quickly or was counting on fast delivery

"Honestly, the site was easy to use"
I don’t know what people expect, but I thought the website was simple to browse. Checkout worked fine for me with no issues. It did take me a minute to find one bit of info, but it wasn’t a big deal.

"Decent selection, but the wait was annoying"
They’ve got a decent amount of stuff to choose from, but I thought there would be more options. A few categories felt limited, which was a little disappointing. On top of that, I had to wait longer than expected, so that made the whole experience kind of frustrating. Not terrible overall, just could definitely be better.

"Fresh sweets that didn’t disappoint"
I tried sugarsplash.com for the first time and was really pleased with how fresh everything tasted. The chewy sweets were actually soft, not tough or stale, which makes a big difference when you’re buying online and can’t see them first.

Delivery was straightforward, but the main thing for me was that the sweets were ready to enjoy straight away. My kids got into the bags as soon as they arrived and they disappeared fast, so I’d happily order again

"Really tasty, not overdone"
I’ve tried a few sugarsplash flavors now and they’re really good. I was worried they might taste too sweet or kind of fake, but that’s totally avoidable here. The berry one is my favorite so far. It makes my drinks more fun without going over the top

"Support actually got back to me fast"
I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service because it feels like you either wait forever or get some canned response that doesn’t help. But this time they got back to me quicker than I expected and actually answered my question. Nothing complicated, no back and forth drama, just handled it. a nice surprise.
